Scholarships

Annually, AAUW Minneapolis Branch offers two four-year college scholarships to young women graduating from seven Minneapolis public high schools.

Women graduating from Edison, Henry, North, Roosevelt, South, Southwest, and Washburn with a G.P.A. of at least 3.0 and documented financial need are encouraged to apply.

AAUW Scholarship recipients currently receive $3,000 annually. Grants are renewed if the scholar maintains her school's required academic standing.

Applications for 2008 are available in the counseling offices of the participating schools, or by clicking here. Completed applications must be mailed or delivered to AAUW Minneapolis Branch by Friday, February 15, 2008
